 1.Church Planting. Planting and
establishing Apostolic-Prophetic Churches. Bringing the
prophetic Word of the Lord right in the midst of the poverty.
Prophetic dance, warfare praise, Apostolic Intercession.
Outreaches into community, feeding the Hungry,
Youth Outreach ( Fire Generation), medical
clinics, team ministry, evangelism. raising up a
generation that loves Jesus and shows the world this love.!!
2. School A Place of Hope. ( Un
Lugar de Esperanza) a tuition free outreach school that the
Lord has used to touch and penetrate a community and to
restore children to fulfill their  destiny. This school has
also worked hand in hand with the Dominican School system
whereby children who are failing or unable to learn to read,
and not able to continue on have been sent here and have
succeeded to the point where they are able to go on with their
education. This school has been a light to this community and
the Lord has used it to open doors to the Gospel. It has been
a miracle how the Lord has provided and equipped what we need
for this school.
 3. Radio Program "The Voice of
Fire". In the winter of 2001 at a CI
Conference in Erie PA, it was prophesied to us that we would
have a word for the nation of the Dominican Republic that
would go out over the airwaves.
Upon our return to the Dominican Republic we were asked to
have a Radio Program by one of the Station Managers of Radio
Emanuel, a Christian Radio Station in Santiago. The manager
said the Spirit of God had told him to ask us. Since that time
we have been on the air with our radio program " La Voz
de Fuego" (The Voice of Fire).
 The Lord is doing miracles while we are on the air. We
receive calls for healing, many calls for prayer, etc. We
minister as a team over the radio and it has opened doors for
us throughout the Dominican Republic; to preach and bring
forth the Word of the Lord throughout the nation.
The Voice of Fire is an Apostolic, groundbreaking program
instituted by the Spirit of God. The Program is now being
broadcast and is heard in Puerto Rico, Haiti, Cuba and the
Dominican Republic.

at 4:30 PM (3:30PM EST) on Monday afternoons. We broadcast in
English and it is translated to Spanish for the Spanish
speaking community. This is an Apostolic,
prophetic Radio Program called to be a part of making ready a
people prepared for His Glory.
 4. Men's Outreach. Changing a Nation by
restoring the Fathers to their children. Helping men to
overcome addictions. To become men of honor. To be husbands
and fathers to their children. Because of the accepted
practice of having more then one wife, more then one family,
we have had to re-educate the men on the correct way to love.
Learning to love with the Love of our God. Learning to be
fathers to their children. Our men's group meets weekly.
We are currently in the process of receiving land to build
"A City of Hope". On this land we will have a
Restoration Center for men who are addicted to drugs and
alcohol. The Lord is restoring His people!
5. Ministry Training Program. To date
we have graduated two Bible school classes. This is more than
a Bible School. We train in Ministering Spiritual Gifts,
Prophecy, Spiritual Warfare, basic  Theology, Warfare Praise,
Worship, Evangelism, hearing the voice of God,
leadership. It is a one or two year course. This has
been open to all churches and we have even had Pastors come
and be a part. We are now going forth to prepare and take it
to the city since we have saturated our area here. The Lord
has used this to be a part in making ready a people prepared
for the Lord and sending out laborers into the streets of the
communities, opening the eyes of the blind and setting at
liberty those who are bruised.
6. Apostolic Networking. We are a
part of a company of Apostles and Prophets and other five-fold
ministers throughout the Dominican Republic with the purpose
of uniting in prayer and vision to break the strongholds over
this nation and to break the ground for revival. We
began gathering 5-fold ministers from this region but it has
branched out to the city of Santiago and the Capitol of Santo
Domingo. The Lord is uniting His army to go forward and take
the land! This has also given us the opportunity to go
throughout the island preaching and teaching as a team
in many different churches and training the Body in
Ministering in their Spiritual Gifts. Sending forth laborers
into the Harvest!!
7. Presidential Palace Prayer Meeting.
We as Christian International are a part
of a group of about 25 Christian
Heads of Evangelical Ministries in this nation which unite
together in the Presidential Palace with the Assistant to the
President each Wednesday afternoon for prayer. This is
unprecedented. This is the first time that Christians have
been allowed to pray in the National Palace. Change is coming
into the Government. Revival is breaking forth on the horizon.
God is establishing His kingdom.
Meet our Staff
 Apostles Vaughn & Mary Ellen
Gorton
Apostles Vaughn and Mary Ellen come from Melbourne, Florida
but were originally from the State of New York. They have
three grown children, Stacy, Sarah and David who are married
and now raising families of their own. They are ordained with
Christian International Network of Churches, Santa Rosa Beach
Florida.
Theirs is a Ministry of Restoration. Zerubbabel Ministries
was birthed from a vision given to Vaughn and Mary Ellen to
reach the lost and impoverished in the Spanish-speaking
nations restoring them back to their Father and training them
to be a fully functioning member in the Body of Christ. They
have a vision to raise up this new generation of believers to
fulfill their destiny in Christ and to "Go into All the
World". They have planted and pastored Churches,
established schools for impoverished children, united Pastors
and 5-fold Ministers in Prayer and Intercession, and have ministered
throughout the U.S., Canada, Haiti and the Dominican Republic
preaching the Word of the Lord. They are based in the
Dominican Republic where the Lord is using them to be a part
of the revival He is bringing to that Nation.
 Apostle
Vaughn is a man who has the heart of the Father for His
sons. The Lord is using him to touch a nation of Men who don't
know the love of their father and therefore have been unable
to open their hearts to receive the love of God. He works with
many men, those who have been addicted and abused, who need
the training and discipline of a father to help raise them up
to their destiny in God. He walks in an
Apostolic anointing, planting and building, training and
sending, and bringing leaders together in unity and purpose to
accomplish the will of the Father.
Mary Ellen has been ministering the Gospel of Jesus Christ
for many years and has selflessly given of herself so that
this gospel can be preached to "every creature". She
moves in a strong apostolic and prophetic anointing
ministering with fire, power and prophetic accuracy under the
anointing of the Holy Spirit. Mary Ellen has a passion to see
the people of God walking in their destinies as she moves
forth raising up the army of God.
 Cherilyn Kolbas-Peręz
Cherilyn is an American Missionary sent from Grace
Fellowship Church, Erie, PA. (Apostle John Bowers) Cheryl
graduated from Penn State and went on to work in a school for
children with learning disabilities. She first visited us on a
mission team in January 1999. About a year later she was here
by the Spirit of God. The Lord is greatly using Cheryl as it
has been prophesied to her... and she is so much more than
just the director of our school. Cheryl is a sent one. She
oversees many of the outreaches in our church. The youth
ministry, intercession, prophetic dance. She preaches, teaches
and prophecies. She is  faithful and exact. Last year she
married a young Dominican man named Leonardo Peréz. Leo is
one of our worship leaders and plays guitar and keyboard. We
see God imparting into Leo the anointing of a Psalmist. Leo is
also part of our weekly Radio Program, "La Voz de Fuego"
(The Voice of Fire) and works with Cheryl as a youth minister.
He has a heart to see revival in his nation and the fire of
God touch his people. They are a team and we are blessed!!!
 Fernando and Ana Marie Valerio.
Dominican Pastors in training. The Lord put this couple and
their son Danny in our lives several years ago. For many years
Fernando was addicted to drugs and cried out to the Lord to
set him free. God heard that cry and delivered him from this
bondage. God has miraculously transformed this family. They
are a light to this community as people see the transforming
power of God in their very presence. They preach and teach and
are true worshippers and prayer warriors. Fernando is heading
up the program for the  addicted and Ana Marie works at our
school and is part of our intercession team. The Lord uses
this couple mightily to evangelize this community. They have
the heart of Pastors for the sheep. They are also part of our
Radio Ministry team. Fernando also serves as our interpreter
and they are a part of our ministry team. Their lives are a
miracle and a testimony to the overcoming power of God and His
desire to see His destiny fulfilled in us.
Ramon and Melissa Vargas Valerio
 Ramon and Mellissa have been on our staff for a number of years. Only the last two as husband and wife. Ramon and Mellissa, as well as being Five-Fold ministers for the Kingdom also work at our children's school in Baitoa as gifted teachers. Mellissa sings on our worship team in Baitoa and Ramon teaches and heads up our evangelistic street outreach teams.They are some of our spiritual children whom the Lord is raising up in this hour to prepare this new generation for the Glory of God!!! The Lord prophetically brought them together as husband and wife and they are a blessing to countless lives as they minister the love of God.
