We accept payment by credit and debit cards. Please note not all debit cards can be used for e-commerce transactions.
For example, debit cards for Republic Bank in Trinidad and Tobago beginning with “4230 5200” cannot be used for e-commerce transactions.
If your debit card does not work please contact your bank or use another debit or credit card.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your product. We will then notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. Processing times vary for various banks so we cannot provide a specific number of days for the refund to be completed.
